3H Fitness and Wellness Clinic
At 3H Fitness and Wellness Clinic we work synergistically focusing on the total person. We start our clients on a healthy lifestyle plan that is easy to follow, but also maximizes results for their individual health needs. Within the first two sessions our clients are scheduled for a total body alignment focusing on releasing the muscles, nerves, visceral tissues, and/or skeletal structure. The client will receive a full body evaluation and be given a plan of action. In subsecuent sessions we focus on corrective exercise, functional movement patterns and rehabilitation. For advanced level clients, we offer Kettle bells, steel mace, and athletic endurance training. Progression of training is based on the individual needs and activity level of the client.
