Banana Date Protein Shake

What you will need:
Blender
2 Bananas
8 pitted Medjool Dates
1.5 cups of unsweetened Hemp Milk (Tempt)
1 large handful of ice
4 Tbsp of Hemp Pro 70 Powder or protein of choice (unsweetened)
Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Makes 2 10oz drinks. Perfect for before or after workout

Refreshing Green Juice

4 stalks of celery
1 handful spinach
1 inch piece of ginger
1 cucumber
1 cup water
Juice of 2 lemons
1. Place ingredients in juicer 1 at a time, pouring water through in between. Finish with lemon juice and serve! Tastes great and is very refreshing!
*if you need a touch of sweetness, add 1/4-1/2 green apple

1 can chilled full fat coconut milk. separate the coconut cream from the water
1 tsp honey
2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder unsweetened
1 tsp ground coffee or instant espresso
2 Tbsp egg white protein or whey protein
1tsp vanilla
pinch of sea salt.
Blend with emersion blender or small food processor. slowly add in 2 tbsp of leftover coconut water if needed. Chill until ready to serve. Garnish with fresh fruit
